1. About Visionware
Visionware (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent developer and seller of game optimization software. “You” means the person buying or using the software. You can reach us at any time through our Discord.
2. Our products
We sell optimization software for specific PC games. Each product runs on Windows PCs only and is not available for consoles or mobile. Requirements and what’s included are listed on each product page; please check them before you buy.
Products are delivered digitally: a license key and access to the latest version of the loader for that product, shown on screen right after payment. Game names and artwork are used only to identify the games our software works with. Visionware is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or platform.
3. Your license
When you buy a plan, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use that product for your own use for the length of the plan you chose (for example 7, 30 or 90 days). The plan’s time starts when the key is first activated in the loader.
Each key is locked to one PC by our licensing system. If you change PC, you can reset the lock yourself once every 7 days from your dashboard, or ask us for help.
You may not:
- share, give away, resell, rent or otherwise transfer your key or the software;
- copy or redistribute the loader, or let anyone else use your key on their PC;
- reverse engineer, decompile, crack, modify, or try to get around the licensing or protection of the software;
- use the software for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Breaking these rules can lead to your key being blocked without a refund.
4. Buying, accounts and saving your key
You can buy without a Visionware account. A purchase made that way is linked to the browser you paid in until you save it to an account, by continuing with Discord, creating an account, or signing in in that browser.
You are responsible for keeping your key safe. Save it to an account, copy it, or download the .txt file offered after payment. If you lose access, contact us with the email you used at checkout or your Stripe receipt and we will do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee recovery of a purchase that was never saved.
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page and confirmed before you pay. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Every plan is a one-time payment. Nothing renews or charges you again automatically. To keep using a product after your plan ends, buy a new plan. We may change prices or plans at any time; this never affects purchases you have already made.
6. Instant delivery and your right of withdrawal
Our products are digital content delivered immediately after your payment is confirmed.
If you live in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. That right does not apply to digital content once delivery has started with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right. At checkout we ask you to give that consent; by doing so and completing payment, you ask us to deliver immediately and accept that you lose your right of withdrawal once your key is delivered. Any consumer rights that the law does not allow to be waived still apply.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
Because products are delivered instantly, all sales are final, except where the law requires a refund. In particular, we don’t refund for:
- changing your mind after purchase;
- not meeting the requirements listed on the product page;
- actions taken against your game account by a game or platform;
- your plan running out, or updates that change features.
If something isn’t working, contact us through our Discord first; we will try to fix it. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, the key for that order is deactivated automatically while the dispute is open, and may be blocked permanently if the dispute was opened without contacting us first.
8. Using our software with games
Using third-party software with a game may break that game’s or platform’s terms of service. We make no promise that our software is allowed by any game publisher, platform or anti-cheat system.
You use the software at your own risk and are solely responsible for what happens as a result, including warnings, suspensions or bans of your game accounts. We are not responsible for actions taken by third parties, and they are not a reason for a refund.
9. Updates and availability
Game, anti-cheat and Windows updates can stop the software from working until we update it. We work to release fixes as quickly as we reasonably can, but we can’t guarantee that a product will keep working after third-party changes, or how long an update will take. We may change, pause or discontinue products or features.
10. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with a particular game, PC or Windows version, or suitable for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
- loss of profits, data or goodwill;
- loss of or damage to game accounts, items, currency or progress, including through bans or suspensions.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud.
12. Blocking a key
We may block or suspend a key without notice and without a refund if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, shared or resold your key, tampered with the software, or disputed a payment without contacting us first.
13. Intellectual property
The software, loader, website, branding and documentation belong to Visionware. These terms give you only the personal license described above.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date above. The version that applies to a purchase is the one you accepted at checkout.
15. Disputes and the law
Please contact us through our Discord before taking formal action; most problems can be solved quickly there. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country you live in still apply to you.
If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are the whole agreement between you and Visionware about the software.
